We are a  bakery in Northern Maine that
services a small local community with freshed baked goodies, but now by demand have launched our website to sell our specialty rum cakes.

Our cakes are not sitting on shelves just waiting for you to buy, that would be a sin. Mainely Rum Cakes are baked fresh to order especially for you, with only the finest ingredients including our special Caribbean Rum. Then each cake is vacuum sealed for ultimate freshness and carefully packaged in our signature box. If you are ordering for a gift, just let us know and we will be happy to write a personalized note with your gift at no extra charge.
